If you are tired of renting, but not ready to purchase yet. Then Lease-to-own may be the perfect option for you and your family.

How Lease to Own Works:
- Get Approved by filling out the lease to own program application
- Once approved starting shopping for a home with Team Hamm
- Once you find a home, submit the home for approval
- If the submitted property is approved, they will purchase the property and lease it back to you
- You then have 1 to 5 years to purchase the property from the Lease to own program.
